Lower McGuireville

The Lower McGuireville area has a total 126 parcels over 1,245 acres.  There is a total of 80 parcels over 670 acres in the Beaver Creek Village area of Lower McGuireville.

Roadways and easements throughout the area date back to 1932 when the area was first surveyed by Atkins for the alignment of the Montezuma Highway.  As a result of multiple lot splits, present day easements throughout the area are incomplete and fail to connect in various critical access areas.

Individual parcels, roadways and waterways can be identified by logging onto the Yavapai County GIS mapping web-site at: http://gis.co.yavapai.az.us/map.aspx
