Crossings  Area access crossings include:

Culpepper Ranch Crossing connecting to Beaver Creek Rd

Reay Road Crossing connecting Reay Rd to East Reay Rd.

Stagecoach Crossing connecting E. Reay to Stagecoach Rd.

Area Growth has resulted in the development of a wildcat subdivision.  Access roads and crossings are substandard and present many safety and road travel difficulties throughout the year along.  Conditions also depress area property values.

 
 

Crossing Building Fund:

$1,000.00 per improved parcel /

$500.00 per unimproved parcel.

PARCELS OF 5 ACRES OR MORE ARE ENCOURAGED TO VOLUNTEER LARGER AMOUNTS UP TO $5,000.00

Membership Fees:

Annual Association Dues - $100.00  

Annual Road Maintenance Fee -

$85 per improved parcel / $35 per unimproved parcel.

The BEAVER CREEK VILLAGE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, a non-profit corporation under the laws of the State of Arizona, is organized to serve as a membership association managing body for the protection, improvement, alteration, maintenance, repair, replacement, administration and operation of common infrastructure, utilities and roadways in the residential community of Beaver Creek Village connected to the subdivision of Beaver Creek Estates and lying south of the confluence of Wet Beaver and Dry Beaver Creeks of Lower McGuireville in Beaver Creek, Arizona.
